Need Moderator Assistance: Free Fire Account Recovery (Ticket Already Submitted)
Hello Admins and Moderators,
I am reaching out to the community because I am stuck in a loop with automated bot replies on the Garena Support Center, and I urgently need human assistance regarding my Free Fire account.
The Issue:
My Free Fire account is linked to a Facebook account that has been permanently disabled. As a result, I am unable to log into the game.
What I have done so far:
I have already submitted multiple official tickets through the Support Center, but I only receive automated bot responses that close my request without resolving it.
I have 100% proof of ownership, including original diamond top-up receipts (Google Play invoices), player UID, and old login details.
Can any moderator please help me escalate this issue or guide me on how to get a manual review from a human agent to migrate my data to a secure Gmail account? I don’t want to lose my years of progress.

K (master of all) is a widely considered the best character for BR matches because his ability to seamlessly control your health pool eliminates the constant panic of running out of medkits. In match, his ability generates EP automatically, which you can instantly convert into health using his Jiu-Jitsu mode at a staggering 500% speed increase. it might have some downsides, though. specifically that K doesn’t give you any defensive cover or immediate speed bursts. to offset this vulnerability and keep your gameplay smooth, you can use some passive characters like Maro to deal high damage from a safe distance, Hayato to pierce through enemy armor when you do take damage, and Moco to tag fleeing enemies so you naver lose sight of your target behind cover.
