Your best bet is to go to the Garena Help Center and file a ticket under ‘Account Loss.’ You’re going to need your UID, the exact IGN, and most importantly, your first-ever top-up receipt or at least some recent ones from your email. That’s the only proof Garena actually accepts to verify ownership. Good luck, hope you get it back soon!”
